Changelog

What changed in SekolahOS.

What you can see change in the web portal, the mobile app and the partner API, straight from SekolahOS's official release notes.

v1.480.0
CHANGED A withholding credit can no longer push the total withheld above the invoice subtotal. — Withholding tax is charged on the service value, not on VAT, so the credits on one invoice (reversed ones left out) may add up to the subtotal at most; a larger amount is refused with an explanation, for monthly and annual invoices alike.
v1.479.0
NEW Tax withheld by the payer can now be credited to an annual prepay invoice — (Pajak dipotong pembayar, on the invoice page).
NEW A reseller still waiting for verification can send its first scans without a login. — On the reseller page, Buat tautan unggah untuk reseller makes a single-use link (valid 7 days, shown once, kept only as a hash).
NEW The reseller portal statement lists EduCore's invoices to the reseller — (Tagihan EduCore kepada Anda) with paid, tax withheld and balance, and each withholding certificate (50 Tawi) number, date and amount, so the statement adds up.
v1.478.0
CHANGED The guardian "Ubah nama" dialog on the student page also corrects the full name, and refuses to overwrite a newer save. — If someone else saved the same guardian after the dialog was opened, a comparison page shows both versions and you choose to overwrite or cancel.
v1.477.0
NEW Postal code (Kode pos / รหัสไปรษณีย์) on staff and students. — The staff add and edit forms (a person can correct their own) and the student Edit data dialog have a Postal code field.
v1.476.0
NEW Reseller verification documents can carry the scan — (Dokumen verifikasi): PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB, up to 10 files per reseller, uploaded by EduCore staff or by the reseller's owner (Pengaturan tagihan).
v1.475.0
NEW A guardian's nickname, English name and (for Thai schools) title can be edited from the student page. — Each guardian row has an Ubah nama button that opens a small form; before, these could only be entered when the guardian was first added, and fixing them meant unlinking and linking again.
v1.474.0
NEW Staff have an English name. — The staff form (add and edit) has Nama dalam bahasa Inggris / Name in English (Latin letters, as on the passport), and a person can correct their own.
v1.473.0
CHANGED The English-name column of the student import also fills the student's English name — (Thai schools).
v1.472.0
CHANGED The contract-end package of a Thai school now includes the generated Thai forms as PDFs — a ปพ.1 for every student with an approved report card, a ปพ.5 for every course record and a ปพ.6 for every approved report card.
v1.471.0
NEW Tax withheld by the payer is credited to a platform invoice — (Pajak dipotong pembayar, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย) once its withholding certificate (50 Tawi) number and date are recorded: the invoice closes at cash plus withheld, never before the certificate, and the credit can be reversed.
v1.470.0
FIX The language switcher button now has an accessible name that contains what it shows. — The button reads "ID" (or "EN", "TH") but screen readers and voice control heard only "Ganti bahasa situs", so saying "ID" did nothing (WCAG 2.5.3 Label in Name).
v1.469.0
CHANGED Student and staff files can carry a title and a nickname. — The import columns Sapaan / คำนำหน้า / Title and Nama panggilan / ชื่อเล่น / Nickname are read for students and for staff, and the Thai sample workbooks have them.
v1.468.0
NEW Student and guardian records take a nickname and an English name, and a title in Thai schools. — The student edit dialog has Nama panggilan, Nama dalam bahasa Inggris and (for a Thai foundation) Sapaan; adding a new guardian takes a nickname and a title.
v1.467.0
CHANGED Thai Social Security is always rounded up to a whole baht. — The employee's and the employer's contribution are each rounded up (5% of a 10,000.20 wage is 501, not 500.01; the lowest contribution is 83, not 82.50), as the Social Security Office collects it.
CHANGED Thai last-period tax is never floored at zero. — When the year turns out over-withheld, December's (or the leaving month's) pay carries the refund, so everything owed is paid in the last salary month drawn; the payslip shows the PND1 line as a negative amount.
v1.466.0
CHANGED Thai printed documents write the title attached to the name — ("เด็กชายสมชาย ใจดี", "นางสาวสุดา ใจดี"): the ปพ.6 report, the ปพ.5 course record, the ปพ.1 transcript identity, the 50 Tawi certificate and the teacher and principal names that sign them.
v1.465.0
NEW Resellers get a monthly statement — (Laporan bulanan in the reseller portal): the commission earned and reversed for the month by currency, the payouts paid in it with the tax withheld and the slip number, and the invoices raised to its schools.
CHANGED Reseller portal navigation — no longer shows Settings and Add school to a billing member, who could not open them anyway.
CHANGED The platform's reseller list opens on every status — , and a notice with a link shows how many resellers wait for verification.
v1.463.0
CHANGED Staff forms have a Nickname field, and for Thai schools a Title field — (นาย, นาง, นางสาว, ...).
v1.462.0
NEW A reseller can correct an issued invoice with a credit note or a debit note. — On the invoice page (reseller portal) the reseller picks the kind, enters the difference before VAT and a reason.
v1.461.0
CHANGED One language switcher everywhere: a flag button with a list. — The sign-in page and the console menu now use the same flag button and language list as the website (hover outlines a language, the current one is ticked), replacing the small ID / EN / TH text buttons that were hard to tap on a phone.
CHANGED The public website opens in English — for a first-time visitor (a Thai browser still gets Thai).
v1.460.0
NEW Thai addresses and English names. — A person now has an English name (as on the passport) next to the Thai name, kept with the nickname and the honorific; it is included in a person's data export and removed when the person is erased.
v1.459.0
NEW Data-subject requests are tracked to their deadline. — A new page, Administrasi > Permintaan data, logs a request for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability on the day it arrives, shows the due date (30 days) and how many days are left, and records the answer or the reason for a…
v1.458.0
CHANGED Resellers are approved before they sell. — A new reseller starts as Menunggu verifikasi (pending verification) and cannot receive foundations, commission or portal logins until the platform records its company registration document (and, for a VAT-registered reseller, the VAT registration certificate,…
CHANGED VAT is set by the platform, not the reseller. — The reseller portal's invoicing settings no longer let a reseller switch VAT on or change its rate; the page shows the current status.
CHANGED Onboarding a school and the invoicing settings are for the reseller's Owner. — A Billing member still manages invoices and payments.
v1.457.0
CHANGED A Thai person's postal code must have 5 digits starting 10 to 96 — wherever a form or the API saves a person's address (it was free text), and the mother's name is stored clean, like every other name (no hidden zero-width characters).
v1.456.0
CHANGED The data processing agreement names a real safeguard for sending data abroad. — The cross-border clause no longer says the foundation agrees to the transfer by signing; it says each transfer to a sub-processor rests on standard contractual clauses (ASEAN Model Contractual Clauses or EU Standard Contractual Clauses), with a copy of each…
v1.454.0
FIX A school created in Thailand needs a real Thai tax ID. — When the platform or a self-serve signup creates a Thai foundation, the tax ID must be 13 digits with a correct check digit (dashes and spaces are dropped); a wrong one is refused with a message instead of being stored and failing later on an invoice.
FIX EduCore's invoice to a wholesale reseller shows the reseller's address and what its tax ID is called — in its own country (NPWP in Indonesia, the tax number in Thailand).
v1.453.0
CHANGED Thai names keep the honorific apart from the name — (Thailand).
v1.452.0
CHANGED A Thai school's phone prints in local form — on the letterhead and the guardian login slip (0812345678, not +66812345678), as Indonesian schools already did.
CHANGED The sales team's demo and trial alert emails are now in English — (they were Indonesian), whatever language the visitor used.
v1.450.0
CHANGED Bank statements: one batch per account. — The upload form has an optional Rekening field (and the API an account parameter), so a foundation with several schools at one bank can reconcile each account on the same day; before, the second statement was skipped as already done.
CHANGED A statement line that fits more than one waiting payment lists them — (up to five, with amount, date and reference) so finance can choose; the line is still never matched by guess.
v1.448.0
FIX Names are stored clean, and a Thai school's postal code is checked — (Thailand).
v1.447.0
CHANGED Thai text has room between the lines — on the web console and public pages (line height 1.6), so tone marks and vowels no longer touch the line above.
CHANGED The PND.1 and Social Security worksheets open correctly in Excel — (Thai names no longer show as garbage) and a staff member's ID with a wrong check digit now stops the file, instead of only a number that is not 13 digits long.
CHANGED A Thai school cannot mark a fee as VAT-liable yet — , because the invoice has no VAT line to print; the form and the API say so.
